L'ORÉAL FRIENDS & FAMILY ONLINE SALE

Welcome to the L’Oréal For the Future Friends & Family online sale, starting at 10:00am on 4th November 2025 until 11:59pm on 6th November 2025 (the “Sale”). This Sale is dedicated to the sale of selected L’Oréal (U.K.) Limited products (the “Products”) at discounted prices for eligible L’Oréal UKI employees, contractors* and, where applicable, invited friends and family members. Your registration, access, and any purchases made in relation to this Sale is subject to these Terms and Conditions together with our Website Terms of Use (“Terms”). By signing up and participating in the Sale, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms so please ensure that you have read and understood them prior to ordering any Products from the Sale.

*L’Oréal contractors who are paid directly by L’Oréal and have been engaged by L’Oréal for twelve (12)+ months are also invited to take part in the Sale on an individual only basis.

ELIGIBILITY, PRODUCTS, PURCHASING LIMITS AND DELIVERY LIMITS

Employees based in the United Kingdom and Ireland may invite up to forty (40) friends or family members based in the United Kingdom and Ireland (or a combination of the two up to a maximum of twenty persons) to the Sale. *L’Oréal contractors who are paid directly by L’Oréal and have been engaged by L’Oréal for twelve (12)+ months are also invited to take part in the Sale on an individual only basis. L’Oréal reserves the right to invite additional people to participate in the Sale as it sees fit. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to any addresses outside of Ireland and mainland United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). Please note this restriction means we cannot deliver to BFPO, Channel Islands, as well as the UK Islands of Arran, Canna, Curran, Eigg, Lewis, Harris, Hebrides, Man, Orkney, Shetland, Sicily, Skye and White.

To make the Sale as fair as possible, the following purchasing limits are in place:

You may complete up to a maximum of five (5) orders during the Sale, not exceeding the combined maximum limit of £1,000.00/€1,000.00.
You will only be able to purchase a limited quantity of units of each Product, depending on Product availability and popularity.
Your basket will be reserved for 15 minutes. The timer resets each time you edit your basket.

Throughout the course of the Sale, L’Oréal may introduce promotional offers, such as gifts with purchase. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

SIGN-UP PROCEDURE:

If you are a L'Oréal employee or eligible contractor, the Friends & Family website is separate from the Staff Shop. Allocations from the Staff Shop cannot be used here. Friends and family can sign-up using the link from your invitation email. Your unique email can only be used forty (40) times. Each invited person can only use the email once.

RESPONSIBLE USE:

You may only sign-up once. Keep your login details secure. Unique emails must be shared responsibly. Employees must not sign up on behalf of others. Unused friend or family spots cannot be transferred.

DATES OF THE SALE:

For all L’Oréal employees, eligible contractors and all invited friends and family, the Sale will begin at 10:00am on Tuesday, 4th November 2025, and will end at 23:59 on Thursday, 6th November 2025.

PRODUCTS:

Stock is limited and sales are first come, first served. Images are illustrative. Product appearance may vary. Site content may not reflect real-time availability.

RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING:

Products are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. Breach of Terms may lead to exclusion from current and future sales, and disciplinary action.

DELIVERY:

Products are delivered to the address given at checkout. No delivery to L’Oréal offices. Orders under £100 incur a delivery charge of £5.75/€6.67. Free delivery applies to orders over £100. Orders fulfilled by DPD.

PRICES & PAYMENT:

Prices may change during the Sale. Prices in GBP for UK users; in EUR for Irish users. Payment must be by the purchaser. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, and Amex. Payments are processed by Adyen. Orders may be refused for exceeding limits or payment issues.

REFUNDS, ERRORS, AND MISTAKES:

Keep your confirmation email. Issues must be reported via the Contact Us form. Products can be returned within 14 days unless unsealed. Refunds processed within 14 days of approval. Faulty products may be returned anytime. Return postage for change of mind is not covered.

DATA PROTECTION:

We use your data to process orders. No sharing with third parties except delivery and payment providers. Unused sign-ups are deleted after one month. Orders are retained as per legal and business obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

OUR LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU:

We are liable for foreseeable losses due to our breach. We are not liable for unforeseeable losses. Liability is not limited for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
